UTILITIER^® HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

• Utilitier^® upright frames also have structural horizontal and “X” bracing designed strong enough to act as compression as well as tension members. Cross members are positioned to gain maximum capacity.
• Beam clips to upright in two part hook/slot connection. The connector hook is wedged to form a wedge-lock on the upright face, which creates a more rigid structure. Most other brands wedge-lock the beams from the upright side only (on axis). Connector is made from 5/16" structural angle.
• No special tools required for assembly. Beam locks to upright with special spring clips that prevent accidental disengagement of beams.
• 4 inch wide structural post.
• Vertical adjustability in 3-1/2 inch increments.
• Any beam is interchangeable with any upright.
• Upright capacities to 68,000 lbs. per upright.
• Compatible to use with automated storage and retrieval system.
• Boltless feature allows or rapid assembly and low maintenance.
